The Team

In addition to the wealth of experience brought by the Directors in Health and Social Care, we are now working with two colleagues who bring board level experience in Education. This includes an ex Police Chief Inspector who now lectures at Plymouth University and ​City College Plymouth and has a Masters Degree and is currently completing a PhD. He has been a school governor for 10 years, a member of Plymouth Association of Governors, and sat on local authority Standing Advisory Committee on Religious Education board to support the development of education strategy within the city. 

In addition, we work with a Financial Director who is also a schools governor with financial planning and modelling experience. His experience will support you in the development of financial modeling to cover staffing and costs management, as well as strategic planning.

Management Restructure/Change Management

The Education sector continues to go through rapid change, and our organisations and management teams need to keep pace to ensure regulatory compliance and to remain competitive whether an Academy, Independent or Local Authority run school. We need to continuously review our cost base, management team strengths and weaknesses, and implement change to ensure we keep that competitive edge. Development of Systems and Procedures

Monitoring, reviewing and trend analysis is key to ensuring a quality, effective and efficient service. OFSTED will be looking for continuous improvement and evidence of identifying any trends and themes which block success. They will expect positive action and action plans in place to remedy identified issues and for you to show continuous improvement of your results.
